Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how SecureDoc handles information when You use our Service.
We do not collect or store any user data except what is strictly necessary to manage subscriptions. All data You store in the app stays on Your device and is never uploaded to any server or cloud by the Developer.

Data We Handle
SecureDoc does not collect or store your documents, files, or personal content. All your data stays on your device.
However, to provide and manage subscriptions and to improve app quality, we use the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/) RevenueCat collects and processes the minimum required data to handle your subscription status (such as receipts, transaction identifiers, and anonymized app user ID).
- Firebase Analytics (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as which features are used most often, session duration, and general interaction patterns. This data does not include your documents, personal content, or personally identifiable information. It helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
- Firebase Crashlytics (https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data. When the app crashes, Crashlytics automatically collects device information (model, OS version), the state of the app at the time of the crash, and stack traces. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs. No document content is included in crash reports.
- Apple App Store All payment information is handled securely by the App Store. The Developer does not have access to your payment card data.
What is NOT collected
We do not collect or store:
- your documents or files
- your app content
- your personal identifiers (such as name, email, phone number)
- your device location
We do not use any advertising or ad-tracking tools. The analytics data we collect through Firebase is anonymous and is used solely to improve app quality and stability.
Data Sharing
We do not share any data with third parties except what is required for:
- Subscription management through RevenueCat and the App Store
- Anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting through Firebase (Google)
No document content, personal files, or personally identifiable information is ever shared.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your Rights
Since the Developer does not store personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete.
For subscription-related data, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store / Google Play account.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if required (e.g., if we start using additional services). We will notify You of any significant changes within the app or via the App Store.
